E-TEN company has announced that it’s been working at the launch of several new russified ROM versions, which allow Glofiish X500 and M700 communicator users upgrade their operational system up to Windows Mobile® 6. The first upgrade is expected to be released in May." Windows Mobile® 6 – is the newest mobile version of Microsoft® operational system, which has improved user interface and provided new opportunities for productive work with mail and office documents. It’s worth marking an improved integration with Windows Vista™ and XP for desk-computers and note-books among Windows Mobile® 6 advantages. Besides, operational system is adjusted for more efficient use of hardware resources, including processor and memory, and offers new services support such as Direct Push technology and VoIP (voice over IP).

Glofiish X500 and M700 communicators represent «all-in-one» devices and are designated for the use in everyday life and in business. Both devices support all modern protocols of wireless connections - GSM, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®, have Samsung processor of 400MHz and 128MB memory. Both devices are equipped with SiRF Star III chip-based module of satellite GPS-navigation.
Glofiish X500 with its thickness of only 15.55mm is one of the thinnest Windows Mobile communicators in the world today. Glofiish M700 is the only Windows Mobile communicator on the market which is supplied with imbedded GPS-navigation module and sliding QWERTY-keyboard for simple and quick editing of documents, e-mail and other messages. Both devices are available worldwide with E-TEN official distributors.
The company is also planning to produce several brand new Windows Mobile® 6-based models of Glofiish communicators till the end of 2007.
